Maui Brewing Co. and Dogfish Head Craft Brewery have teamed up to brew an Imperial Golden Ale brewed with local breadfruit and toasted papaya seeds. Breadfruit comes from a flowering tree in the mulberry family and is considered a staple fruit in tropical regions. Using “DNA”, a special yeast strain captured in a peach farm near the Dogfish Head Craft Brewery in Milton, DE.
