DELECTABLE OYSTERS We fly in over 25,000 fresh oysters from both coasts and offer a tantalizing array of dishes, like gumbo, Rockefeller, fried, Po-Boy, and grilled. Of course, the raw bar will offer plenty of varieties on the half shell, so you can try an assortment.

RICH SCHLAFLY STOUTS Enjoy your oysters with three delicious Schlafly Stouts-Nitro Irish, Oatmeal and Kaldi's Coffee-and discover a match made in heaven!

STAR SHUCKERS We used to think people swarmed in for the oysters and beer, but the real stars are our guest shuckers, who we bring in from both coasts. These seasoned veterans of fishing and shellfish farming have become true celebrities over the years. With personalities more colorful than their names, Bimbo, Clam, Rawle, Silky Smooth and Thurman will be back to demonstrate their shucking prowess at the raw bar in The Club Room, Friday from 5:00-10:00 p.m. and Saturday from Noon-10:00 p.m. Read more about Bimbo.

SHUCK & JIVE East meets West in the 6th Annual Oyster Cup Competition on Saturday evening as our star shucker teams from both coasts show their incredible skills in oyster identification, shucking, slurping and, naturally, Schlafly Stout appreciation.
