Ubu Ale

Located in the Adirondack Mountains ski resort, this brewery's flagship Ubu Ale became famous when Bill Clinton had "growlers" (64-ounce refilable jugs) delivered to the White House.

The strong ale is best paired with red meats, such as the LPP&B Open Roast Beef Sandwich or Steak Tips, or anything with charcoal involved, even grilled veggies or as a marinade at your next BBQ.

Named for a legendary chocolate lab this ale features a smooth, rich maltiness complimented by the perfect amount of English hops.
